John Kane Smith is a graphic designer, art director, creative thinker, visual problem solver and tall drink of water based in Philadelphia.

Hailing from the backwoods of Pennsyltucky, John relocated to Philadelphia to study at The University of the Arts. It was there letterform design and Swiss design fundamentals in general were instilled in his previously fine art minded brain. Having earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, he entered the field in 2002 and would gain in-house, freelance and agency experience.
